Come with a specific area of your work in mind to address— it could be an external program or an internal process—and leave with new understanding of what actions you might take to deepen the ways in which your organization shares power, access, and resources with the individuals and communities you serve. Ensure depth and authenticity in your equity work by exploring three key questions: Why Equity? Why Us? and Why Now?Your organization’s unique answers to these questions will serve as a guiding compass for your journey forward as you determine what actions to take next, and why.
